Latitude Design + Construction is a family owned company started in 2021. We have over 18 years of experience in residential and light commercial design and construction in the metro Atlanta area. We want to help take your projects from ideas, to paper, to reality!

Owners Nick and Samantha Harrell started LDC to help homeowners, property managers, General Contractors and builders facilitate and realize their goals for exterior projects. Starting with the design process, we can assist with concept design, permit plans and construction drawings. With experience ranging from small residential gardens to complex commercial plaza renovations, we’ve worked with some of the region’s best consultants, sub-contractors and tradesmen. Understanding that every project faces its own challenges and unique circumstances, we’re confident we can leverage our experience and team-aligned consultants to make your project a success. Nick is a licensed in Georgia as a Professional Landscape Architect and Residential Light General Contractor as well.

When not working, we can usually be found at a sporting, dance or after-school event for one our of five children (Jackson, Charlie, Evelyn, Nick Jr. & Baby Rachel). We’re also in the process of building our dream post & beam style house on 7 acres in Cartersville, GA (several photos of it on the Work section). We also have a golden retriever (Honey Mustard)…never a dull moment!
